This classic comedy tells tales of three separate couples successively occupying a suite at The Plaza. The first act guests are a couple that have been married 23 (or is it 24?) years. Temporarily staying while their house is being painted, the couple discovers that they've been placed in the same room they honeymooned in. The second act finds a successful Hollywood producer trying to seduce an old high school sweetheart who is now a suburban housewife. The final guests try helplessly to get their bride-to-be daughter removed from the locked bathroom she hides in, while the wedding party waits for her down in the ballroom.
